We’ve gathered the questions we’re asked most before a visit. If this doesn’t resolve yours, please feel free to call us.

01Booking & requests
QDo I need a reservation?
AWe operate on a reservation-first basis. Booking ahead means no waiting. Online booking is open 24 hours, and we also take reservations by phone. Subject to availability, same-day and walk-in visits are welcome too — please feel free to ask.
QCan I request a specific therapist?
AYes. Please choose your preferred therapist when booking. A nomination fee may apply. Contact each shop for details.
QCan I change or cancel my reservation?
APlease let us know as early as possible to change or cancel. A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute cancellations.
02Treatment
QDoes it hurt?
AWe adjust the pressure to your condition and preference. We ask your preferences before the treatment, so even if you’re sensitive to pain you can relax. Feel free to speak up during the session, too.
QWill I feel sore afterward?
ADepending on your constitution and the treatment, you may rarely feel some heaviness the next day. It usually settles within 1–2 days. If you’re concerned, please ask our staff.
QI have athlete’s foot — can I get reflexology?
AWe’re sorry, but we are unable to provide treatment for guests with athlete’s foot.
QCan I receive treatment while pregnant?
AWe can discuss it if you are past the stable period and have your doctor’s approval. Your physical condition comes first, so please always let us know in advance.
03Pricing & payment
QCan I pay by credit card?
AWe accept major credit cards, QR-code payments, and e-money. Cash is also fine. Accepted brands may vary by shop.
QWhat’s the difference between day and night rates?
A12:00–19:00 is the day rate, and after 19:00 is the night rate. See the Menu & Prices page for details.
QDo you offer multi-visit passes?
AYes, we offer value multi-visit passes. Please ask our staff about validity periods and eligible menus.
04Shops & access
QIs there parking?
AWe don’t have a private lot. Please use a nearby coin parking. We’re happy to point you to one — just ask.
QWhat are your opening hours?
AKokubuncho is open 10:00–3:00 next day (Sun until 0:00); Ekimae Hirosedori is open 7:00 to late. Both are open year-round. Last reception is about 60 minutes before closing.
QCan I come empty-handed?
AYes — we provide changes of clothing and amenities, so you can come empty-handed. Feel free to drop by after work or mid-sightseeing.
05Other
QWhat is the outcall service (Reflex 24)?
AIt’s an outcall service where our staff visit your hotel or home. Across Sendai and nearby areas, with inquiries taken 24 hours. See the Reflex 24 page for details.
QDo you offer foreign-language support?
AWe have menus in English, Chinese, and Korean, and can assist in simple English. Please feel free to visit while sightseeing.
QCan you issue a receipt?
AYes, we can. If you need a specific addressee or description, please let us know at checkout.
